Here, you will make an impact by:Supports the regulatory/product stewardship efforts of the Home care consumer business unit.Leads regulatory compliance, Life Cycle Management, and sustainability requirements for existing and new products. Technical activities include interpreting regulations, performing assessments of safety to human health and the environment, addressing liability avoidance, and supporting sustainable business decisions.Ensuring that all new and existing products meet or exceed both 3M requirements and regulatory/legal requirements.Monitors, analyzes, and communicates the impact of chemicals of concern and upcoming regulations to the product development and business teams.Contributing to the timely introduction of new/modified products or processes.Builds collaborative relationships with corporate Subject Matter Experts (related to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory (EHS&R)), including serving on corporate teams.Interacts with 3M global customers for their product EHS&R inquiries including regulated lists, local, state, federal and global regulations.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)One (1) year of Product Stewardship, Regulatory and/or Environment Health & Safety (EHS) experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry from an accredited institutionExperience with 3M systems and business processes relevant to Regulatory or Product Responsibility, e.g. CDMS, LCMS, PLM, NPIExperience in global consumer product regulations and requirementsStrong communication and project management skillsWork location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
