Für unseren Standort in Markdorf suchen wir

Techniker Mechatronik – Entwicklungslabor (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe

• Herstellung, Montage und Prüfung von elektrischen Lüfterantrieben mit Hochspannungsmotoren (850 V)

• Aufbau, Durchführung und Überwachung von Validierungstests für Komponenten und Baugruppen nach Vorgaben

• Instrumentierung von Mustern und Prüfständen für Messaufgaben

• Planen, Einrichten und Betreiben verschiedener Prüfeinrichtungen

• Analyse und Detailuntersuchungen von Prüflingen nach internen Tests oder nach Abschluss von Fahrzeugtests

• Eigenständige Dokumentation von Ergebnissen

• Organisieren oder Durchführen der regelmäßigen Wartung und Kalibrierung von Prüf- und Messgeräten, Prüfständen und Datenerfassungssystemen

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro / Elektronik (z.B. Elektriker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar) mit Weiterbildung und Abschluss zum Techniker oder Industrie-Meister (m/w/d)

• Theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse als Elektrofachkraft (EFK) wünschenswert

• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektromotoren, Regelung, Steuerung und Leistungselektronik

• Erfahrungen bei der Herstellung und Prüfung solcher Produkte

• Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Steuerungs- und Prüfsoftware

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Office-Produkten (MS-Outlook, -Word, -Excel etc.)
