Join Our Team as a Sr. Business Analyst - Grants!

Are you an analytical thinker with a knack for critical thinking and a passion for making impactful changes? We're seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help us streamline our grant processes and improve overall efficiency.

Position Details:

• Title: Sr. Business Analyst - Grants

• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional late nights once a month

• Location: Remote with occasional in-person training or audits

• Open Positions: 1

• COVID-19 Vaccination: Not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify gaps within the team to implement improvements.

• Provide critical thinking and a logical approach to streamline processes.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Director to develop and train tools for efficiency.

• Handle various aspects of grant administration and business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor with oversight responsibilities.

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Pay Details: $84,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
