Description:

TEKsystems is hiring for an entry level Project Coordinator for their client in Middleton, WI. This client is a technology implementation company.

Within this role, a project coordinator ensures everything is in order for the implementation to run effectively. This includes ensuring all materials (cables, devices, etc.), equipment (lift truck, ladders, etc.) and personnel (technicians) are onsite and ready for the installation date. If not completed, onsite technicians will not have the proper tools to complete the project efficiently.

The ideal candidate has great attention to detail with previous customer service experience. No previous project coordination skills are required.

Other Details:

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This role sits onsite in Middleton, Wisconsin for the first 12 weeks of training with the potential to transition to hybrid following training.
