The Exfuder Operator is responsible for the extrusion , pelletizing, and the packaging process- Safe work practices and good housekeeping are essential components of the job. The operator shall report to the conesponding shift leader. Duties and Responsbilities . Following all operator procedures. o Dumping of gaylords of raw material into totes o Loading and unloading of the dryer o Settrng up exffusionrun conditions in accordance with the work order. . Feeding the extruder o Operating the air knife, pelletizer, screener, and packaging airvey system o Preparing gaylordsforfinalproduct . Sampling of final product o Banding product gaylords . Recording activities on the Extrusion Run Record. o Prepme, weigh, label and record scrap material. o Generalhousekeeping.

Operator shall do duties as assigned by the Plant Managaer or the shift leader. Minimum Requirements . May or may not have experience in the plastics manufacturing environment o High School Degree o Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills . Legible handwriting Preferred Requirements r Extrusion or injection molding of plastic o Manufacturing experience
