Lead Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3-7 operators on a production line

• Provide training, daily communication, and work assignments

• Operate machines, change production lines, package final products

• Document batch records in a clean room environment

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1+ years of lead experience

• Experience operating machinery on a production line

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• High school diploma

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 2:42pm-10:42pm

• Shift differential for evenings

• Pay Rate: $21-28 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking experienced Lead Machine Operators for our pharmaceutical clean room manufacturing facility. As the lead, you will work alongside a team while also operating machinery.

This is a contract to hire position lasting 16 weeks. Upon successful completion, direct employment will be offered.

A clean room environment is maintained with strict safety and compliance protocols to be followed. Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device setting is preferred but not required.
