CAE USA INC C-FIN-115 Accounts Payable Administrator Intern in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

Role and Responsibilities

This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree

Internship date : September 3rd to December 20th 2024

The role we are offering you:

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work in o ur Accounts Payable Shared Services Center who serves our divisions in Canada, United States and South America. You will have the opportunity to play an active role in the various responsibilities relating to accounts payable, in a highly computerized environment .

Are you ready to:

  • Encode and record invoices in different currencies in the accounting systems.

  • Reconcile vendor statements.

  • Interact with the various company departments.

  • Create purchase requisitions and follow up on receipts for the purchase orders

  • Ad Hoc requests to support the team

    Our ideal candidate has :

  • Meticulous and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of the various Excel functions.

  • Knowledge of the Oracle system, an asset.

  • Courses in information technology, an asset

  • Well organized and multi-functional (multitask).

  • Sense of initiative and responsibility.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

  • Autonomy.

  • Good team spirit

    Preferred E ducation

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 1 year completed

    Location of the internship is Montreal .

    Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

    *All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years .

    *Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
