Robert Half is partnering with a national company seeking a corporate paralegal for its Naples office. In this role, you will provide invaluable administrative and paralegal support to the CEO and team, ensuring smooth operations and legal compliance. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and revising real estate and transactional agreements.

• Work on various documents including leases, loan modifications, agreements, and contracts.

• Work with external counsel on reports, billable hours, and other administrative tasks.

• Responsible for corporate and real estate matters, ensuring compliance, and managing contractual obligations.

• Maintaining checklists, tracking reports, and timelines for due dates, deadlines, and milestones.

• Communication between legal, finance, accounting, and other departments regarding contract issues.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate.

• 3+ years' experience in a paralegal role within a law firm or corporate environment, supporting transactional or real estate lawyers.

• 100% on-site.
