Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the construction industry for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Naples, Florida. The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, working closely with our accounting and dispatch departments, and assisting with the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees

• Work cross-functionally with the accounting and dispatch departments

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ADP Workforce Now

• Assist in compensation administration and benefits functions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Handle employee relations and address employee issues

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient task management

• Work with Ceridian and About Time software for timekeeping and payroll

• Must be bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish

Skills:

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time

• Understanding of Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software for time and attendance tracking

• Ability to handle Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Understanding and maintaining Compliance protocols

• Skills in managing Employee Relations

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration within the construction/contractor industry

• Capacity to adapt to changing industry regulations and standards.
