Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Administrative Assistant in New York, New York. This role is primarily based in the administrative field and will include both remote and in-person work. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including data entry, customer service, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, attending to customer inquiries and concerns

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are carried out professionally and promptly

• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative records

• Manage email correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness

• Schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth and organized operation

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to carry out tasks and maintain records

• Ensure all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of productivity

• Resolve any issues or inquiries related to customer credit applications and accounts

• Monitor customer credit accounts, taking necessary action to collect delinquent payments

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed

• Excellent email correspondence skills with the ability to draft professional emails

• Prior experience in scheduling appointments effectively

• Able to manage administrative duties efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other team members

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
