We are seeking a marketing and communications professional with strong experience working within a financial services company to join our dynamic marketing team. As a member of the team, you will play a role in driving the execution of marketing initiatives targeted to financial advisors and clients.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to adhance business goals and help drive bottom line results

• Liaise with key stakeholders across business teams to write, copy edit, publish content and messaging targeted to advisors and clients covering wealth management, financial planning, and other investment-related topics with an emphasis on incorporating email marketing best practices to optimize positioning thereby maximizing engagement

• In charge of handling the end-to-end editorial and content submission processes, adherence to guidelines, brand, tone, and style consistency

• Handle editorial and content production activities and processes as well as content maintenance from start to finish

• Manage a webinar program aimed at educating and informing advisors on relevant business, wealth management, and financial planning topics,coordinatingwebinar logistics with business teams, topic selection, speakers, invitations, hosting, and post-webinar follow up for maximum engagement and value delivery

• Provide additional marketing support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications

• At least five years of marketing and communications experience in a wealth management firm

• Conclusive skills in project management, content creation, and positioning

• Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability tocommunicateeffectively across a range of stakeholders

• Ability to executestrategically

• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
