Below is what we're looking for: Education Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED Experience Previous work experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred Other Have good attendance record and able to comply with attendance policy Demonstrated background of mechanical aptitude Able to work with and around cleaning chemicals and perform all sanitation duties Able to operate, perform "basic and routine maintenance," and troubleshoot equipment which includes the following physical activities: climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and
