Field maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected team members, performing preventative maintenance, adjustments and repairs on our harvesting equipment such as pea harvesters and sweet corn harvesters. Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season (November - May): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations. Maintain Lakeside company vehicles.
