Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Buyer with expertise in SAP software to join our clients procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, components, and services from approved suppliers using SAP software.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Review purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and track order status in SAP.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.

• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including resolving issues and disputes.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control teams to optimize stock levels.

• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

• Proficiency in SAP software is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
