Join our team as the Global Director of Early Talent Recruiting, a pivotal role reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our global Early Talent hiring strategies, playing a key role in attracting and cultivating the next generation of talent for our organization.

A day in the Life:

  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing proactive and consultative guidance on early talent recruiting strategies.

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent specialists passionate about Early Talent pipelines, encouraging relationships with schools, universities, and national organizations.

  • Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition leadership and business/functional leaders to develop and implement effective Early Talent hiring plans.

  • Continuously evaluate recruiting processes, driving improvements and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in early talent recruiting, working closely with peers and business leaders to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

  • Provide partners with regular updates on hiring progress and key initiatives, keeping them informed and engaged in the Early Talent recruitment efforts.

  • Collaborate with the talent management team to identify and select candidates for Leadership Development Programs, providing valuable input and insights.

  • Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies, evaluating new vendor opportunities that can enhance our experience and streamline our efforts.

  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure the impact and success of Early Talent recruiting strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years leading early talent and university relations teams within a global organization.

  • Experience with Workday and/or Phenom People preferred.

Expectations:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire recruitment teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills, with the ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights and make data-informed recommendations.

  • Proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms, bringing to bear technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast budget needs and prioritize spending initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives.

  • In-depth understanding of higher education systems and experience building and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions.

  • Ability to handle relationships with multiple early talent tech vendors, ensuring optimal outcomes and leveraging innovative solutions.

  • Shown success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and drive organizational talent needs on a global scale.

  • Willingness to travel.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $145,500.00–$213,400.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
