RFP & Proposal Marketing Specialist

Duration: 3+ month contract – 20 hours/week

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RFP & Proposal Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 3-6 month contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in managing and completing RFPs, strong writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, and offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

RFP Management:

• Oversee the existing RFP repository, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and organized.

• Guide RFPs through to their final draft stage, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among key stakeholders to ensure alignment and approvals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Align on messaging and obtain required approvals before finalizing RFP submissions.

• Assist in the completion and writing of RFPs, driving them to the "final draft" stage for approval.

Additional Communications Projects:

• Support miscellaneous communications projects as needed, including building out slides, creating internal communication announcements, and developing FAQs.

Qualifications:

RFP Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in managing and completing RFPs, beyond just proposal writing.

Writing and Communication Skills:

• Exceptional writing and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work well with different departments and be resourceful in gathering information and obtaining approvals.

Organizational Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Digital Advertising Knowledge: Previous experience or understanding of digital advertising is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.

• Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues and finding solutions.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
