Aerotek General Laborer- Solar in Ridgeland, South Carolina

Description:

A large solar developer is looking for Laborers to add to their lawn maintenance team to work on solar fields in the Ridgeland area. These Associates will meet every morning at the office in Ridgeland, SC and get in the company truck and travel to various solar fields in the area. Candidates will be responsible got weed whacking, mowing, cleaning debris and other general labor duties. The typical hours are Monday-Thursday working 10 hour shift, but may require an occasional Friday depending on weather conditions.

Qualified Candidates will have at least 1 year of experience working outdoors in construction, landscaping, solar or any related industry. Associates must be comfortable working outdoors in the elements and be comfortable working on their feet for 10 hours. Prior experience operating any equipment is highly preferred but not required. This position requires good attendance record, steel toed boot and hardhat/vest will be provided.

Candidates who obtained the OSHA 10 within the last 3 years are highly preferred.
