Position Summary

Provide direct support to the Factory Director in managing their daily activities, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, preparing documents, and handling communications.

A day in the life of...

  • Manage scheduling: coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring that no one gets forgotten

  • Make all arrangements for international and domestic travel and events for the Factory Director and direct reports

  • Maintain the rhythm of the business by developing and updating the global annual calendar of key activities and deliverables.

  • Anticipate when external factors or shifting priorities require changes

  • Assist others in the organization with document preparation or meetings that require the input of the Factory Director, including signatures and approvals Handle details

  • Track and reconcile monthly expenditures and reimbursements for the Factory Director and Factory Director's direct reports

  • Assist with preparing for external meetings and speaking engagements

  • Collaborate with company departments to coordinate activities across different functions and ensure efficient workflow

What will make you successful

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Management, Humanities, Languages, as well as in Communication and Marketing

  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1), proficient in Italian

  • In-depth knowledge of computer tools, especially the Office package (especially PowerPoint)
