Position Summary
Provide direct support to the Factory Director in managing their daily activities, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, preparing documents, and handling communications.
A day in the life of...
Manage scheduling: coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring that no one gets forgotten
Make all arrangements for international and domestic travel and events for the Factory Director and direct reports
Maintain the rhythm of the business by developing and updating the global annual calendar of key activities and deliverables.
Anticipate when external factors or shifting priorities require changes
Assist others in the organization with document preparation or meetings that require the input of the Factory Director, including signatures and approvals Handle details
Track and reconcile monthly expenditures and reimbursements for the Factory Director and Factory Director's direct reports
Assist with preparing for external meetings and speaking engagements
Collaborate with company departments to coordinate activities across different functions and ensure efficient workflow
What will make you successful
Undergraduates or graduates in Management, Humanities, Languages, as well as in Communication and Marketing
Excellent knowledge of English (C1), proficient in Italian
In-depth knowledge of computer tools, especially the Office package (especially PowerPoint)
