As a member of the finance team you will contribute to the accuracy of our financials, budgets and overall company goals. Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and analyzing of monthly financial statements Assist in month-end close process Review designated General Ledger accounts and activity Processing accounts payable Investigate reporting discrepancies and communicate issues, effectively and in a timely manner Prepare and record monthly journal entries and related account reconciliations Posting and reconciling general ledger accounts Processing monthly payroll using UltiPro (UKG) Software Assist in processing/enrolling of employee benefits paperwork Maintaining accuracy of all employee data in payroll system Other general payroll and accounting functions Assist in ad hoc accounting or finance projects and analysis, as assigned Assist with internal and external audit requests Opportunities for Growth: You will work closely with top management on a daily basis Have the ability to learn about other areas of business Daily mentorship Ability to take on increased responsibility to continue to develop in your career Wold Architects and Engineers has created a training and mentoring environment that provides opportunities for motivated individuals to learn and grow.
