Job Title: Machine Operator - Mixer

Schedule/Shift: 1st shift (5 AM to 1:30 PM)

Location: San Antonio

Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Operate mixing equipment to initiate the manufacturing process

• Ensure precise and consistent execution of batch-making

• Maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process

• Document product preparation accurately

• Monitor ingredient usage, both manual and automated

• Ensure dough quality meets criteria for portioning, proofing, baking, and packaging

• Participate in R&D trialing and Baker training

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of product quality

• Adhere to proper sanitation practices

• Continuously observe and evaluate operations

  Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Effective communication within teams and across departments

• Food manufacturing or baking experience preferred

• Compliance with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Machinery operation and multitasking ability

• Adaptability to changing priorities
