Description

We are looking for a recent college graduate to fill an entry-level Accounting Clerk position. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a key role in our accounting department, assisting with a variety of tasks related to financial data entry, record-keeping, and accounting operations. Responsibilities:

· Assist with data entry, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

· Reconcile bank statements and perform other accounting reconciliations as needed

· Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

· Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

· 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or co-op experience a plus)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
