The Senior Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of Continuum College’s programs and manages a team responsible for digital and social media marketing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Enrollment Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Enrollment Management leadership team to identify enrollment growth opportunities.

  • Develop an annual integrated marketing plan with quarterly goals and measurable campaign objectives in support of Continuum College’s professional program offerings.

  • Proactively monitor leads, applications, and enrollments to ensure that we are on track to meet quarterly goals; communicate with academic program managers and directors about program capacity and demand.

  • Serve as marketing subject matter expert and participate in cross-functional committees and work groups focused on professional program development and strategy.

  • Lead marketing launch meetings to ensure that web, CRM, and creative team leaders have clarity about campaign goals and effectively integrate efforts across channels. Continuum College Special Program Marketing

  • Create and oversee implementation of annual marketing plans for a range of Continuum College special programs including Youth & Teen Programs, UW in the High School, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and International & English Language Programs.

  • Monitor and track campaign performance & summarize results for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with program directors to ensure alignment of marketing strategy with program goals and build a shared understanding of the target audiences; serve as primary liaison between program leadership and other members of the marketing organization. Supervision & Leadership

  • Manage team of 2-3 full-time digital and social media marketers; hire, mentor, and develop staff, focusing on continuous learning and retaining & elevating talent.

  • Monitor annual marketing spend, track expenses to the appropriate sources and ensure that all campaigns stay on budget.

  • Represent Continuum College on relevant University-wide committees; participate in strategic planning and key initiatives alongside other leadership team members.

  • Stay on top of changes and trends in digital marketing; develop a deep understanding of our local and regional markets, especially for online continuing and professional education. Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, design or a related field.

  • Minimum of four years of marketing (or closely related) experience; at least two years of that should be in digital marketing, social media, or product marketing.
