岗位说明:

具备一定的销售运作经历，客户管理或者社区团购管理商业意识能够独立完成日常销售运营工作(商品排期，资料管理，订单/库存处理，财务核销管理，预算控制，客诉处理等)

职责描述:

A. 客户生意计划和管理

-通过品类，消费者和竞品洞察，发现社区团购生意机会如淘宝买菜, 兴盛优选等

-制定生意计划，优化库存结构-设计和沟通活动方案，跟踪区域实际执行质量，对于过程中出现的问题及时解决

-内部/外部阶段性生意回顾和复盘，合理分配活动资源，提升活动效果

-预算控制和核销:持续优化费用投资，跟进费用的核销进度

B. 跨部门协作和处理

-独立处理跨部门沟通，协同供应链/财务完成项目落地

-联动品类管理/MKT部门以获得相关支持

-TP运营和管理经验

任职要求：

1. 5年以上快速消费品行业经验

2. 结果导向和主人翁意识，并愿意承担挑战

3. 客户管理经验，KA系统或者电商O2O经验优先

4. 在职业规划及商业洞察上具有成长意识

5. 良好的分析能力
