Job Description

Grocery is a fast-growing channel, and we have white space to play our part in to recruit more children and adults in China.

Besides, it is also the mission of grocery channel to drive LEGO brand penetration in China Market Group.

Core Responsibilities

  • Key account business plan and implementation: Develop and execute grocery channel business plan and yearly trade plan, collaborating with internal teams and customer, build strong and long-term partnership.

  • Channel segmentation and strategy: To develop channel and product segmentation strategy, plan and implementation with customer.

  • Customer P&L: Manage account trade budget and P&L to maximize ROI and provide value growth management.

  • Business management: Manage customer sell-in and sell-thru with proper portfolio to sustain a healthy and profitable business.

  • In-store execution management and brand image: Ensure consistent brand standards especially in areas of visual presentation, product management, and marketing.

  • Contract and terms: Negotiate and set yearly trade terms and scorecard.

  • Retail executive team management.

  • Process optimization: Work hand in hand with and cross functional team to foster an effective and aligned Go-To-Market process (from Planning, sales and Marketing integration meeting, execution and review.)

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor degree & above in business, marketing or related field is preferred.

  • 8+ years of KA business management experience with proven records, FMCG experience is preferred.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, innovation, and branding mindset.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skill.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skill.

  • Good understanding of a diverse international organization.

  • Fast learner, adaptable and can-do attitude.

  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
