Cotiviti is a leading provider of payment accuracy services to the most recognized companies in the healthcare and retail industries.  We are seeking a dynamic and innovative intern to join our Content Team for a Summer Intership. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and perspectives to help us revolutionize our content delivery and management. With a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform, this role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual looking to design applications that deliver substantial business value.

Responsibilities

This individual will work under the direct supervision of a Director and/or Manager. * Innovation and Development: Spearhead initiatives to bring new ideas and technologies to the forefront of our content management strategies. * Application Design: Utilize Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform to design, develop, and implement applications aimed at enhancing business processes and content delivery. * Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the Content Team workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Teams to develop solutions that align with our overarching business goals. * Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of Content Team initiatives. * Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. * Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Health Information Management, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and SQL Server, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with application design and development, natural language processing, and generative AI is a plus. Innovative Mindset: A strong desire to challenge the status quo and bring innovative solutions to complex problems. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategies and decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members across different functions. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
