Position Summary: * Supports Agency programs and operations by performing professional level financial grant management, including financial records processing involving complex and specialized transactions.  Responsible for financial program monitoring and reporting.  Ensures work meets Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and is in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and contracts.
