ARE YOU THE DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES WE\'RE LOOKING FOR? To excel in the role of Director of Clinical Services at Pathlight, you must possess a Master\'s Degree with current BCBA Certification and LABA Certification, along with over 5 years of progressive learning experience in behavioral health. Your solid analytical skills, coupled with at least 3 years of supervisory experience as a clinician, will be crucial in overseeing incident management and quality assurance. Proficiency in data management software like iCentrix and HCSIS, as well as a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, are essential. Additionally, your familiarity with federal and state regulations, coupled with detailed knowledge of industry best practices and standards, will ensure that you can drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality services for our individuals. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Comprehensive knowledge of an advanced and highly specialized discipline; behavioral health requiring independent research and creative work involving highly advanced theoretical knowledge within a specialized field. Master\'s Degree with current BCBA Certification. Over 5 years of progressive learning experience including management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience as a clinician.
