Ecolab Inc Implementation Manager - CDS Industrial Light in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Commercial Digital Solutions Team is looking for an impactful implementation Manager for Industrial Light that brings a blend of technical, digital, and field service experience to the Business Readiness team. The successful candidate will partner with CAMs, field sales, sales leadership, and customers to support the onboarding of accounts to ECOLAB3D and the adoption of digital sales and service tools. Location: Based out of our Naperville or St. Paul Location. Option of remote is available for right resource What you will do: Work closely with the onboarding team, digital marketing, field sales and customers to ensure the proper registration of accounts, set-up of digital assets through software such as the Asset Harvester, and the implementation & use of digital services. Support registration and on-boarding processes for ECOLAB3D; act as the "project" manager for the onboarding of selected Corporate Accounts Help lead change management activities related to specific, new solution deployment: including capturing communication, rep engagement, and stakeholder feedback. Ensure adequate training is delivered to customer, field, and sales associates Coordinate across the Business Readiness Organization - leverage the content created by the training and change team, CRM group, data team, and communications hub. Work with global CDS organization in creation, testing and piloting of new digital solutions Lead continuous improvement and ideation of solutions post launch. Capturing data on adoption, progress against objective Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 6 years of Field and Digital Technology experience Experience leading change management initiatives Experience working with agile processes and techniques to test, learn and build solutions that deliver on business requirements. Experience in field execution of digital tools like Ecolab3D Experience in influencing and engaging global stakeholders Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, governance and sponsorship models Preferred Qualifications: Field experience in Water Treatment Experience in MS dynamics, Industrial processes, consultative selling, and data ingestion processes. Water treatment experience; basic understanding of water chemistry and parameters across cooling, heating, and closed loop systems.
