We support product development and solutions across a variety of mission critical systems deployed around the world that address our customer’s needs in the field of counter unmanned systems (C-UxS) detection and mitigation. In this role you will be able to design, develop, and deploy new cutting-edge software applications.

You will work with cross-functional teams to help create the next generation of software focused products at CACI ASG, with a strong customer-driven mentality in reference to how they run mission and what might they need in the future to support the ongoing & scaling demands of an ever-changing mission space.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Work with a team of embedded software engineers to develop code for microcontrollers within the ARM Cortex family of devices

  • Understand schematics and implementation to a new embedded design

  • Support test for in house designed PCBs and integration with production team

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree and three to five years of related experience.

  • Experience with C/C++ Experience with Python

  • Experience with GCC and ARM make tools

  • Experience with code management tools like git or svn

  • Experience with microcontroller internal peripherals such as DMA and flash

  • Experience interfacing with PCB peripherals over I2C, UART, SPI, PWM

  • Development with ARM Cortex M microcontrollers

  • Experience with sensors like orientation, temperature, light

  • Experience with control devices like servos, motors

  • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance (US citizenship required) able to obtain SCI

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with STM32 platform

  • Experience with USB or Ethernet at microcontroller level

  • Experience with Embedded OS platforms, like FreeRTOS

  • Experience using Altium or other PCB design tool

  • Experience with FPGAs, VHDL and/or Verilog

  • Experience with Embedded Linux platforms like Beaglebone

  • Experience with Docker

  • Experience with Linux

  • Self-starter with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

  • Active SECRET or TS/SCI clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
