Responsibilities 3rd shift position Sets up Lyco and Blentech production room, makes adjustments to equipment as needed. Adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) during production, sanitation, and handling materials and ingredients.  Maintain and adjust equipment to control designated weights on an individual package or case weight basis.  Meet production performance requirements in a fast-paced work environment.  Transfers finished products and raw materials to identified location in the plant/warehouse or on production line.  Adhere to all safety requirements including the wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as prescribed for each work activity or job.   Perform CCP checks as needed depending on location in the plant and during manufacturing.  Follow all SQF principles pertinent to your position as specified by the SQF Practitioner.  All food safety and human safety concerns need to be reported to appropriate personnel such as shift lead, shift supervisor, QA technician, Safety Manager, FSQ Manager, etc.    Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED)  Two or more years industrial equipment or food manufacturing experience required  Forklift/Pallet Jack Certification a plus  Ability to apply good judgement and understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form  Ability to communicate production issues, counts and weights to supervision or lead personnel  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations  Knowledge of GMP and safe food manufacturing practices a plus  WORKING CONDITIONS Areas of facility may include controlled temperature zones including areas with refrigeration and noise levels requiring PPE. 100% Facility Environment 0% Office Environment Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis Stand, walk, lift 100% of the time Machine Operator for 3rd shift Mac & Cheese
