JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Graphic Design & Sign Assembly Specialist will be primarily focused on targeted customer printed needs both internally and externally as required. The position will work as directed by the Sign Department Manager in a fast-paced print/design environment to expand their skill set. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Establish strong knowledge of company portfolio. - Provide basic graphic design. - Monitor print job statuses. - Collect printed signs and assemble as needed. - Distribute finished signs to appropriate bins. - Pack and ship signs between office locations. - Create, develop, and maintain positive relationships with all employees and clients. - Effectively manage fluctuations of printed workloads. - Provide back-up support as needed. - Other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Currently enrolled student or recent graduate majoring in marketing, design, or advertising. - Basic graphic design experience is a plus. - Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers. - Outstanding interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Strong communication skills. - High attention to detail. - Understanding of basic design and branding concepts. - Proficiency in the use of various computer applications, specifically Microsoft Operating Systems. - Ability to learn new technology, processes and procedures. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.wisconsindistributors.com
