Job Description

Important Responsibilities of Job:

1. Direct management of AR Front Office tasks for Japan market. This includes:

a. Driving and accelerating cash collections through proactive customer follow-ups.

b. Insight driven analysis of overdues and KPI drivers to draw action plans, reporting with market operations and other stakeholders.

c. Recurring connect with market operations for customers in scope to drive KPI targets, work on overdues next steps and customer issues.

d. Issue reporting requirements accurately and timely.

2. Knowledgeable in different areas surrounding Accounts Receivable to enable effective operations.

3. Participates in relevant internal and external audit. Ensures SOP’s/ SLA’s / Documentations are updated in a timely manner

4. Actively drive & participate in work improvement and productivity-related projects (system/process)

Job Qualifications

Job Qualification1 :

Can speak fluent business and conversational Japanese; Can read, and write in Japanese. Preferably BJT level J1+ to J1.

Job Qualification2:

Operates with Discipline. Ensure all key deliverables are done on a timely basis. Vacation should be planned way ahead given criticality of support to daily AR operations and ensure proper support within the team during absence.

Job Qualification3 :

Understands SAP in general, and the specific integration points for the AR work processes

Job Qualification4:

Agility. Able to manage critical and urgent processes.

Job Qualification5 :

Quality Management and Process Analysis. Conduct regular analysis on process efficiency and effectiveness.
