Nuclear Medicine Student Tech Position · This is a Senior Imaging Technologist position · Will be responsible for assisting the Nuclear Medicine Technologist with transporting of patients, patient care, position of patient for imaging, starting IV’s, and injecting Radiopharmaceuticals through IV under the supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist. May also process images acquired with the supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist · The student is responsible for assisting with all Quality Care of Hot Lab equipment and Gamma Cameras. Also responsible for stocking of patient rooms with linens and supplies, as well as cleaning the equipment between patients · Must be in the last semester of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Has completed competency in Radiation Safety
