Integrate innovative inventory solutions across Honeywell. You will participate in and engage in multi-disciplined supply chain and inventory focused project teams that support the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on business unit/function/site overall results. Activities related to material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems. Interacts with procurement to ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Develops material schedules. Concerned with the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. May prepare material requirement plans using enterprise resource planning systems. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.

Equipment Spare Parts Inventory Management Job Duties

Monitor spare parts inventory levels

Create requisitions to replenish spare parts and parts not in inventory

Contact parts vendors to determine lead time, delivery schedule and tracking information so that parts get to maintenance technicians in a timely manner which can drastically impact production time.

Second source parts

Put parts into inventory once they arrive on site

Inventory cycle counts

Add and delete parts from inventory

Track tool cost history

Track parts usage rate

YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma or GED

Due to export control restrictions, must be a US Citizen

WE VALUE

Cycle counting and inventory control experience

Excellent PC/computer proficiency, including MS Excel with pivot tables and graphs

SAP experience highly preferred

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Candidate must perform transactions with a high level of quality with strong attention to detail

Customer Service Experience including interpretation of Customer Expectations
