Assistant/Graduate Assistant for Softball Part-time, 10-month, August - May Position Number 00105711 (Internal/External) Position Description: Valley City State University is searching for an Assistant/Graduate Assistant for Softball. This position will assist the head coach with the following duties: scheduling competitions and planning practices with emphasis on defense; implementing strength and conditioning programs, recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining student athletes; monitoring annual budgets; arranging team and recruiting travel; fundraising and other departmental duties; fostering strong alumni relations and meeting all institutional, and NAIA rules and regulations.
