Coordinator, Cash Application Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Description: Process Customer Credit Card payment via Phone, SharePoint. SalesForce Case; Third Party Virtual Card payments; Management and reports Attention to detail Update customer’s accounts/orders with credit card information, including card maintenance in a timely manner that is compliant with established policies and procedures Provide phone and task coverage from 11:30am through 8 pm EST as needed to assist the team in maintaining service levels and productions goals.
