Aerotek Machine Operator in Waconia, Minnesota

Description:

This position is located on the plant floor and is responsible for ensuring the Company’s product is produced efficiently and meets all quality standards. The Machine Operator must work safely, be a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.

What candidates will be doing: • Deburring. • Part assembly. • Package product into retail packaging. • Preparing product for shipping which includes assembling boxes. • Operate manual and automatic metal cutting saws. • Operate manual broaching machines. • Unload and load parts on robot conveyors. • Unload and load parts on the machine table. • Basic understanding of blueprint reading. • Basic machine maintenance which includes keeping machines clean and adding coolants and oils if needed. • Should have a process improvement mindset and communicate any ideas to management.
