A leading trucking, waste removal company dedicated to environmental sustainability and efficient waste management solutions is looking for a Shipping/Inventory Clerk! They are a seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Waste Stream Documentation Specialist to play a crucial role in our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate categorization and documentation of waste streams, consolidating shipping information, and entering correct data for shipping manifests. This position requires excellent organizational skills to maintain compliance and streamline processes for shipping hazardous materials. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Categorize waste streams according to regulatory guidelines and company protocols.

• Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all waste streams, including manifests, labels, and tracking information.

• Consolidate shipping information from various sources and verify accuracy.

• Enter shipping data into company databases and maintain electronic records.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of waste removal operations.

• Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues related to waste documentation.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
