Job Title: General Construction Laborer

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Construction Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, performing a variety of tasks to support the completion of projects. The General Construction Laborer will work under the supervision of an experienced foreman and assist in all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, demo, assembly, materials handling, and cleanup.

Responsibilities:

3. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
4. Assist with the setup and maintenance of construction equipment.
5. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
7. Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
8. Perform basic carpentry, masonry, or other construction tasks as required.
9. Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working in the construction industry required.
3. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
4. Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction.
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
6. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions closely.
7. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
2. Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
3. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
