SALARY RANGE: $17-$24 per hour

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE including 4 10-hour shifts and 5 8-hour shifts!

The Wire Harness Assembly Leadhas primary responsibility for daily supervision of all assembly operations within the given department. Requires high level of communication with Management and Human Resources.

What does the Wire Harness Assembly Lead do for RVI?

  • Provide daily work direction to harness assembly personnel
  • Employee ISolved Approvals
  • Developing employee performance review documentation utilizing existing document formats supplied by Human Resources
  • Documenting any work place related injuries and communicating with Human Resources and Director of Quality Control and Compliance
  • Coordinate orders with management and purchasing dept. for harness assemblies/ shop supplies
  • Ensure QC processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure products are built and tested to meet customer requirements

What do we look for in a quality candidate?

  • 2+ years of experience with electrical or wire harnessing
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to problem solve
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, crawling and being on feet for 8 plus hours per workday.

ORAny combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
