Spherion has an opening for a full time Administrative Assistant in a local warehouse's Service Department. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual with effective communication skills. This person will be mostly responsible for assisting the Service Coordinators and completing clerical duties for the department.

Responsibilities: Customer Service Check in and Process headpiece repairs Check in and Process Factory Repairs Process and Update vendor invoices in P21 to ensure traceability of delivers Process Warranties and timely Vendor Returns

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills: -Phone etiquette -Communication skills -Detail-oriented -Organizational skills -Efficient multitasking

Education: High School

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications: Customer service skills and work experience Knowledge of technical support Basic Computer and typing skills High school diploma or GED Must submit to a background check and drug screen
