Account Payable Clerk -Keeps records of financial transactions for company.

• Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions into computer.
• Reconciles and balances accounts.
• Pay bills, monitors bank accounts, write checks to all providers.
• Will process payroll for all employees.
• Send and receive e-mails from clients and vendors.
• Will use Excel, Word, Quickbooks and Quickbook time.
• Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or 2 years of experience in financial services.
