Brief Job Description:As caregivers, we provide personal care and services to residents who are functionally, physically, or socially impaired while working under the direction of the shift nurse.

Responsibilities: Activities of daily living, bathing/dressing, toileting, light laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, following resident care plans, communicating with families, co-workers and supervisors regarding care, assisting with transfer and mobility, keeping proper care records and reporting changes to nursing team, encouraging socialization and participation in community activities. After 60 days and with review, possibile training and promotion to medication assistance is permitted.
