TITLE: Machinist

REPORTS TO: Programmer/Supervisor, Production Control Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setting up and running operations on machine tools

Loading programming on CNC machine tools

Mounting tooling in machine tools

Supporting operators in the workgroup

Measurement with a range of equipment

Recording accurate logs of time and part counts in computer system

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to set up and operate CNC machine tools

Basic inspection

Basic G-code interpretation

Team player

Ability to multitask

Quality mindset

Ability to lift 30 lbs

Basic English language skills
