As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector at Total Fire Protection, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. The primary goal of the inspector is to identify any issues or malfunctions that could compromise the effectiveness of the fire sprinkler system, and to recommend or perform corrective actions as necessary. This role is essential in safeguarding lives and property by ensuring that fire sprinkler systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities:

Fire Sprinkler System Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems in various facilities, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, warehouses, and industrial sites. Inspect all components of the fire sprinkler system, including pipes, fittings, sprinkler heads, control valves, and alarms, to check for proper functioning and condition. Testing and Maintenance: Perform routine testing and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are operating as intended. Conduct flow tests, valve tests, alarm tests, and other functional tests to verify system performance. Clean and flush sprinkler heads and pipes to remove any debris or blockages that could impede water flow. Code Compliance: Familiarize oneself with local, state, and national fire codes and regulations related to fire sprinkler systems.
